CASA PITHAYA is the result of a beautiful and cozy architectural project, which brings a climate of good laughs, rest, and celebration of life in a beach paradise.

There are 04 suites divided into three floors in a wide and harmonious way.

On the first floor there are two living rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and 01 suite with accessibility for people with reduced mobility; on the first floor there is a corridor that leads to 03 suites; on the second floor there is a toilet and a rooftop that will take your breath away, with a panoramic view of the beautiful Pontal de Japaratinga and Patacho beach.

The house has a magnificent natural ventilation, full air conditioning, boiler, generator, cable tv, surround sound, beer garden, wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen and wi-fi.

Outside, there is wonderful landscaping, two living spaces, a gourmet area with freezer and barbecue grill, a hammock area, a shower, and a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

In addition, there is a beach tennis court for exercise, bicycles, and beach service in our private palhoça.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, closet, amenities, and a full set of premium bedding.

Three suites have a double bed (two king and one double) and an auxiliary bed (if needed).

The fourth suite has three single beds, with two auxiliary beds (if necessary).
